Let me download everything at once and stop messing about with an installer program that does not even work.

Find out that in order to use many FREE applications I have to pay Pulse $6 a moth for 'Freelance Subscription' which as far as I can tell is good for nothing except allowing me to run free software from other vendors. Well I find out that at that time it's IMPOSSIBLE for me to pay for a freelance subscription. Spend some time w/ their support people and finally get freelance subscription goin. Today I try and start up MyEclipse (which previously did not even require freelance subscription) I get a message saying that my freelance subscription has expired and I can't start up MyEclipse at all. Well the subscription was supposed to auto-renew, for some reason it didn't, there was plenty of money in the account. I try and manually purchase a new subscription (thinking the whole time, why am I paying more money to use software that I've already paid for?) I enter my credit card information and upon submittal receive a MySQL error and I still can't start up my IDE.
Tools for developers should be the benchmark of software quality. How does a poor developer know what a good developer needs or wants?
This product is not only a scam, but it's preventing me from doing my job. If I could rate it a negative number I would.
