JasperAssistant is a visual report designer for JasperReports, a popular open-source reporting engine. It is built on top of the Eclipse plug-in architecture and its main goal is to assist you in creating JasperReports report definition files through an intuitive and fully WYSIWYG graphical interface.

This tools is most useful if you already know how to build Jasper reports by hand, so
it\'s not a good tool if you are hoping to avoid the steap Jasper Reports learning curve.
