Warning - plugin doesn't work properly with eclipse 3.3.2. Seems to be OK with 3.3.0 though.

Invaluable plugin for Spring development.

The plugin itself is really great, but it can not be updated in the normal way - manual intervention (deletion of the previous version from plugins/features directories) is needed prior to install of updated version. And even this helps not always - only install on the fresh Eclipse is completely reliable.
