Also Eclipse 3.1/3.2 is outdated. So please update this plugin or make it open source.

Google for the "Subversion Book" to learn more about why PVCS's lock-modify-unlock process is simply a bad design, and why CVS and Subversion are better. Then get Subclipse -- far from bug-free itself, it at least is a plugin for a far more advanced back end.
