For the person trying to figure out how to download... just click on the Sysdeo heading and it will take you to the download page.

I may be a bit biased about this, as I designed all of its UI (buttons, icons) and did the German localisation about 5 years ago. However, despite WTP and similar technologies which evolved from it, this plugin still is an easy and FAST way for everybody who just wants to use the simple Eclipse SDK and run Tomcat out of it. Without having to upgrade it to anything containing WebTools like BEA Workshop, JBossIDE, JBuilder or similar products.

P.s.: In response to the rate/question of last week, I surely have some versions of it available. Not the latest one, which has just been released (if the site will ever come up again and SQLI give any damn about Open Source and Sysdeo within their "Empire" ?;-) but one recent enough for most Tomcat versions (and at least up to Callisto) If you cannot get it elsewhere, please write to info@catmedia.us

I cannot find the website. It doesn't load for days! Is there any other possibility to get this good rated plugin?

User: AnonymousRating: 102007-04-12 06:29:32
The plugin is necessary! What a stupid comment before!!

I can't even begin to mention how useful this plugin is. Combined with debug mode, it allows you to step through code that might take weeks to figure out otherwise. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect. If you use Tomcat in your development, then download this and start to wonder how you ever did without it.

really nice and useful when working on tomcat web applications. let\'s you create tomcat applications containing the needed folder structure. tomcat server (any version) can be started and stopped. console output goes to eclipse. that\'s all i need.

This is a fantastic plugin for TOMCAT!  After installing this, it provides a one stop place to start and stop TOMCAT, all through eclipse. This plugin also shields the user from understanding the nitty gritty of TOMCAT.
Thanks sysdeo!

A cool plug-in. Especailly the possibility to debug application which are running on the tomcat server is very helpful when developing. Its also easy to handle.
